How Wohlf LLC Evolved
Owner, Donnie Wohlfarth, grew up and planted his roots here in the Lower Dauphin/Hershey area. At a young age, he was already active in contributing to the local area by organizing the first swim team club at the Hummelstown Pool, the Flamingos. He went on to graduate from Lower Dauphin High School, and then the University of New Hampshire. He returned to the area at age twenty-four to seek his MBA at Penn State. While going through this program, he began buying and flipping homes. When that enterprise met with success, Donnie started to buy and rent homes. The lawn and garden company was born in order to maintain the properties.
The business has evolved ever since.
In time, it became Wohlf LLC, branching out as a lawn and garden company servicing the local community with two tractors and one truck. Donnie was cutting lawns, mulching, and doing a robust amount of spring and fall clean up. He later added another truck and began snow plowing services in the winter due to customer requests.
Not long afterward, he saw the need to help customers prepare their homes for listing and selling. It was then, the idea to offer a one-stop-shop for real estate began to formulate.
Donnie returned to school once again, this time to obtain his real estate license. He has since joined the Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty team, where he continues his vision of creating a company that services the all-inclusive needs of homeowners—helping them From Lawns to Listings!
