Ready to submit an offer? Great! You’ll need the following:
- Buyer’s marital status and how he/she/they are taking the title.
- Bank pre-approval or proof of funds letter
- 640 or better credit score
- Appropriate debt to income ratio
- Co-op form, if your company requires it
- Signed property disclosure form
- Deposit money notice
- Copy of earnest money deposit check made payable to Brownstone Real Estate
